The Bunbury Wildlife Park loves its volunteer team members and is always looking for more!

We do have a few guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone:

• Our team needs volunteers that are 15 years and older (unless part of a work experience program)
• Availability of at least 4 hours a week for at least 6 weeks (subject to discussion)
• Our kangaroos like people who are polite and have a neat appearance
• Our parrots require good communicators
• Our emus like team players
• And all the animals want new friends that are reliable

Positions are available in customer service, grounds maintenance and within the animal care team.

I want to start! What do I do now?

The Bunbury Wildlife Park values the input from our volunteers as much as our employees, therefore you are required to fill in an application and undertake a quick interview before you can begin your volunteering adventure.

From here we will ring your references so we can be told how wonderful you are. We also require a national police check and Working With Children Card (at no cost to yourself and only with your consent). Then you are ready be a part of our dynamic and delightful team.

Your Expression of Interest will be kept on file for a period of twelve (12) months, you may be contacted regarding possible opportunities during that time.
